Does CPES* work on T-111 siding? I am looking at around a window sill.

As long as the siding is dry, and well soaked with the penetrating epoxy, you will get excellent results.
Please note that while we have sold CPES in the past, we are now selling S-1 Sealer. Which provides comparable results to CPES*. If you have some CPES* on hand, use that. Otherwise, we can sell you the S-1 Sealer.
