I am trying to cure some fresh cut basswood but the bark keeps falling off. Do you have any products that would help preserve the bark during the curing process?

The area between the bark and wood does not have a strong bond in most types of wood. What you would want to do would be to reinforce this bond. We do have CPES™, which should penetrate the bark if allowed to soak enough. Whether it would penetrate the bark enough to strengthen the bond between the bark and the wood is something that you would have to experiment with to find out.
