Subject: sealer (as stabilizer)

How do you think your sealer would work as a stabilizer of burled wood. I'm looking for a product to harden soft woods. Also, does it displace moisture in the wood.
Thanks
Steve
It works great for that purpose. We have several customers who use it for just
that purpose. It wicks into anything that makes the wood unstable (knots,
cracks, etc.) and glues them together. It does have solvents which are
designed to displace moisture in wood, but the more moisture you ask it to
displace, the less penetration you get. It's kind of a relative thing.
