Subject: log rot (volume product pricing)
Date: Sun, 20 Jan 2002

I have approximately 100 linear feet of pine logs of various stages of decay. I am interested in your products and volume pricing. Can you please give me prices on 50 and 100 gallons shipping to zip 62901. (Or if you have a pricing sheet to email me that would be fine too.)
Thanks
Cheryl

Cheryl,

We discount all orders over $800.00 by -10%.

100 gallon units (50 gallons of "A" and 50 gallons of "B") sell for $4774.00 lot price.

To treat 100 linear feet of badly rotted pine logs I would estimate you'll need about 24 gallons of CPES (Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer). This would be 12 of our 2-gallon units, which would be $1793.40. I would also estimate that after the CPES has been applied and given several weeks to cure, you will probably also require about 10 gallons of our Layup & Laminating Resin (and sawdust, which you can get locally if you wish). The L&L resin would be $1392.50. So, we have a total of $3185.90, -10%, which would be $2867.31. Shipping to your zip code would be approximately $262.45. So, your total order would be for $3129.76.

We would also look at pictures of your logs and supply detailed instructions.

Thanks for your interest, and please let us know if we can be of further help.
